Our Services
  1. Therapeutic Exercise and Modalities
A prescription of individualized exercise to improve strength, flexibility, range of motion, and functional mobility. Modalities may be prescribed for pain relief which include moist heat, ultrasound, iontophoresis, whirlpool, cold pack, and game ready cold therapy with compression.
  2. Manual Therapy/ART
Hands on techniques that include joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, active release techniques, manual stretching, and manual resistance.
  3. Aquatic Therapy
We offer an indoor heated pool which enables exercise in a deep water section or a shallow water section with massage jets. Here, you can safely perform therapeutic exercise with decreased stress through the lumbar spine and lower body.
  4. Neuromuscular Re-education
This includes gait, balance training, and muscle activation techniques to restore motor control, coordination, and body awareness.
  5. Throwing Analysis
We evaluate and instruct in proper throwing mechanics for the overhead athlete. Learn step by step instruction for proper body mechanics as the kinetic chain is broken down into easily understandable phases.
  6. Hand Therapy
Be evaluated and have a treatment plan developed by a Hand Therapy Specialist. Follow specifically designed treatment protocols for hand injuries and surgical procedures, as well as custom splinting when appropriate.
